Viking Vegvisir Trinity Knot Cross Necklace Celtic Norse Pendant
Vegvisir is known as the runic compass or the Viking Nordic compass; it is made of eight Viking rune staves. Vegvisir is also known as a symbol of protection and guidance. The word Vegvisir means Wayfinder and signpost in the Icelandic language.
This unique Vegvisir trinity knot cross necklace is made of solid hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel.
This Viking necklace has four raised triquetra or trinity knots with the Vegvisir in the center, creating a Celtic style cross.
Although the triquetra or trinity knot holds many meanings, it represents the balance between the body, mind, and spirit.
The Norse pendant has a high polish finish with antiquing in the recessed areas to highlight the details. This pendant (without bail) approximately measures 44mm in diameter x 8mm thick. The bail can accommodate a chain or cord necklace up to 6mm wide.
This pendant is also reversible; the front is the same as the back.
The pendant will arrive ready to wear on a 28-inch adjustable black satin cord necklace. The chain pictured is NOT included.
