When shopping online with this website simply look for the logo on each product page to verify free shipping.

Receive fast free shipping! Orders placed Monday - Thursday will usually ship within 1 business day after we receive your order and the payment has cleared. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Fridays will ship on the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or postal holidays. Includes free shipping to post office boxes and APO/FPO.

Packages are shipped with a tracking/delivery confirmation number which will be emailed to you shortly after shipping (you must create a customer account for this automatic notice). Free shipping is included with each additional item purchase.

Free Domestic shipping within the USA:

  • Free USPS First Class Mail - ship to all 50 United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. 3-7 business days average arrival.
  • Free USPS Priority Mail on Website Orders $50.00 or more - ship to all 50 United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. 2-3 business days average arrival.
  • USPS Priority Mail on Website Orders under $50.00 - Website orders under $50.00 can get Priority Service ship to all 50 United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands for only $6.95. 2-3 business days average arrival.


International - All destinations outside the United States:

  • Sorry no international shipping at this time.


Please contact our team first for a shipping quotes using UPS or Fed-X carrier services. Orders will be shipped using USPS Services unless buyer requests another carrier, extra fees may apply.



How do I return an item?
 
Simple Ring Size Exchanges: Please include your customer information and order number. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees back to our facilities. Exchanges must be sent back to our mailing address below within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be returned in the same new, "un-used" condition as they were sent. Item(s) must be returned to us in a small box or a padded bubble mailer (recommended). Do not return an item(s) to us in a regular letter envelope as this will not protect the item(s) during transit. We will not be held responsible for a lost or damaged item(s) during transit back to our mailing address. Original shipping and handling fees to you and returns back to our facilities are non-refundable. Exchanges include free processing and domestic return shipping via USPS First Class Mail back to the customer.

If the steps above are not followed to properly exchange an item(s) we will not accept the exchange. If a exchange is made that we cannot accept for any of the above reasons we will send the item back to the address that was provided with payment. Please email us before purchasing, returning or exchanging if you have any questions about our exchange policy.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply return it for a refund or exchange. Please include your customer information and invoice number. Buyer is responsible for any return or exchange shipments. Buyer must send any and all returns back to our mailing address below within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be returned in the same new, "un-used" condition as they were sent. Item(s) must be returned to us in a small box or a padded bubble mailer (recommended).
