Refund policy

Return for Refund or Size Exchange: If you are unsatisfied for any reason with the design you purchased or the wrong size was accidentally ordered, you can simply return it for a refund or size exchange. Please help us to quickly process your return or size exchange by including your customer information and invoice number with the returned item(s).

The buyer is responsible for any return or exchange shipments and fees back to our facility. The buyer must send the return or size exchange to our mailing address below within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be returned in the same brand new "unused" condition and must be returned in a small box or a padded bubble mailer. You can re-use the mailer we sent your order in, simply place the jewelry piece back into the gift box, add your customer ID or invoice number, and an email address or telephone number along with a note that reads "refund" or "size exchange." If exchanging ring size, please include the new desired ring size at this step.

Next, slip the gift box into the bubble mailer, tape it closed, and tape or paste your return mailing-label right over the top of the original we place on the bubble mailer. Make sure you cover the original label we created, or the package may become lost or take longer in transit due to the automatic readers at the post office.

Do not return an item(s) in a regular letter envelope as this will not protect the item(s) during transit. Please choose a method of tracking your shipment back to our facility. The shipping and handling fees with original purchase are non-refundable, your shipping fees on returns made for refunds or size exchanges are also non-refundable.

If the steps above are not followed properly in returning an item for a refund or size exchange, we reserve the right not to accept the return. If a return is made that we cannot accept for any of the above reasons, we will send the item back to the address that was provided with the original payment.

These specific steps will help to protect both parties if the package is lost or damaged during return transit. Fantasy Forge Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) during return shipments, we always recommend tracking and insurance if available.
