If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase for any reason simply return it for a refund. Buyer is responsible for all return
and exchange shipments. Please notify our customer service team of all returns before shipping your item(s) back to Fantasy Forge
Jewelry. Buyer must make all return or exchange shipments within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include all contact information
and reference numbers on all returns. All item(s) must be returned in the same new, "un-used" condition as it was sent. Your return
or exchange should be shipped inside the same box you received your purchase(s) from originally. Minimal we require you use a padded
bubble mailer to protect the item(s) if the original box cannot be located. Do not ship two items lose together allowing the items
to bounce around hitting each other during transit. Please separate items to insure our high quality standards are maintained. We
will not accept returned item(s) in a regular letter envelope as this will not protect the item(s) during shipment. We will not be
held responsible for any damage or lost shipments on returned item(s). All items must be returned with shipping insurance. Shipping
and handling is non-refundable. A 10% re-stocking fee is applied to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. Re-stocking
fees do not apply to exchanges. Exchanges will be charged a flat rate fee of $1.95 for return shipping back to the customer. Refunds
will be given after we receive the returned item(s) and verify condition of item(s). Refunds will be given in the same manner that
payment was received. No returns or exchanges from any live event, all in person sales are final. Please contact us before purchasing,
